I don't really understand these things, though we seem to have a lot of them. Are they blankets? Are they stuffed animals? Are they designed so that kids do not have to have an affinity to one or the other? I'm not really sure but recently Caleb has taken a shine to his giraffe blanket animal. He enjoys sleeping with it, taking it in the stroller with him, and playing peek-a-boo with it. I'm hoping this this new found love for this giraffe friend will help him settle down for naps in his crib more easily (though we have succeeded every day this week! Hooray!)
